For a change, we had a slower weekend, since it's really been a year. Man, it sure seems longer than that, but anyhow. Really, we tried our best to squeeze some time out of our constant studying to just relax awhile, and we did it in style. Heh.
Went Billy Bombers to eat on friday and bought a small slice of cheese cake, as a token kind of cake-cutting. So regretted we didn't pre-order a slice of Coffee Bean's chicago cheese, coz by the time we were on our way back, they only had a pathetic 3/4 of a slice of that. Not exactly er, appealing, so that sorta spoiled a little of our plans. Nevertheless, we got the other flavour -- cuppuccino cheese. (Later on, we realised that it wasn't as good as the first mouthful tasted. It gets very sick later on.)
Went over to his house for dinner the next night. Fried rice his mum cooked, and it's nothing like the others. Although it turned a little cold coz we arrived late, but I love the ingredients, and you can easily top 2 bowls. (I had to squeeze 3 because we had to clear the pot, and I was damn full.)
Sunday was the highlight of our whole weekend. Went for this ballroom competition thing, we were at the front row, and they served an 8-course chinese meal. Guess what? The whole ticket to this posh thing costed a freaking 300 bucks. Of course, both of us didn't have to pay a cent (discounting the 50 bucks we spent on transport), and we get to see real live people sweeping the ballroom with their latin-american moves or their standard ballroom dances. Damn nice. And you wonder where we got that kind of lobang. Heh.
Anyway. Never really imagined that it just comes around and the year just seems to pass us by. Everything feels comfortable the way we are now, and I guess it'll never be the same without you.
I just can't smile, without you~

Can't believe it's been... er, 2 weeks since I last blogged, but since I only blog about school-life, I hate to tell everyone I actually have no life. There's nothing much for me to say about, except I finally went to Ikea on friday. Been harping about it since school started, and I finally got the time (I had to co-ordinate with someone else's schedule too) to head down to Qweenstown.
Walked around in Queensway in search for jerseys and clothes for awhile before we finally started for Ikea. That's when the main shopping started. Can you believe we can spend 4 hours just looking at things in Ikea? Actually it's always fun to shop there, and probably buy more stuff that you think it's cheap to clutter your room. Lol. I need to restrain myself (and my card) from buying everything there that I think it's cute or useful or perfect-for-my-room or just downright dirt cheap.
The dance competition thing is finally around the corner, and I'm pretty much looking forward to it. Hopefully it's spectacular. Updates later, I guess.

In comp lab doing stuff like Do loop, For loop, While loop, etc. One thing good about comp lab is that while you are listening to the lecturer say something, you are actually on the comp doing something like blogging, or chatting on msn, or surfing the net... Well, it's really free and easy, especially when the lecturer's Kwak Sang Kyu.
Anyway, finally finish the marathon of tests and quizzes and what not. Getting a breather before we really start chionging for the finals. Got this feeling that this semester would not be as smooth-sailing as the first two. But, anyway, since I get this kind of feeling every semester, it's not exactly accurate.
I calculated my number of free weekends that I can spend at home. It adds up to 2, this weekend, and the week after the next, and then there comes my exams. Pretty sad. For certain reasons, I avoid studying at home. In fact, I can never study at home. My house is like temptation island. I have the TV, the comp, the PS2, my piano... Yes. So yeah, will need to concentrate in school which means minimal time spent at home.
My 3rd semester is ending soon, and that's kinda intimidating. I wonder how I'm gonna survive the next 5 of them, but one thing for sure, they are gonna pass me by so fast, I can't believe I actually spent 4 long years of my life in uni.

It's finally the end of the week. I finally fell sick on thursday, missed my Jap class for the first time, survived the mugging for today's computing quiz. And I'm finally enjoying my 1-minute break flash. It's so hard to take a breather nowadays.
Next week will be another dynamically-filled week. I'm strapping on my seatbelt.

I don't know what the hell I'm doing with my life.
School ends 8pm on Mon, Wed and Thurs, and I rush off for tuition on Tues afternoon, so that means I end my day at 9. Just this week alone, we'll have to study 2 tests plus finish the freaking irritating Mathematica assignment that's really pissing me off.
I know everyone feels the same way as me, or maybe more intensely, but I just can't help but grumble at my workload. There's practically no time for sleep. I haven't been really able to get a good night sleep since school started in August.
Or maybe I'm starting to feel stressed coz exams are nearing. Of course I know that there are people out there feeling times more burdened than I, and I'm really sad to say that I can only stand aside and sympathise, it's really driving me nuts.
Or maybe after this week I'll be good as new again. Or maybe after next week. Or the week after next.
